Help Create the Future of Protective Textiles
Are you technically curious and interested in how textiles can become safer, stronger, and more functional? We’re looking for an R&D Technologist – Protective Textiles to join our development team and help create advanced solutions for PPE and functional textile materials.
In this role, you’ll work with formulations, treatments, coatings, samples, and testing. You don’t need to be a chemist — what matters most is technical thinking, precision, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll do
- Develop and adjust formulations for protective textile materials
- Prepare textile samples and run development trials
- Test how different treatments affect textile performance
- Work with R&D, production, and quality teams
- Help improve durability, protection, stability, comfort, and performance
- Document results and support the transfer of successful solutions into production
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and suggest improvements

- Interested in textiles, materials, production, or lab work
- A hands-on problem solver
- Willing to learn and grow with the team
A background in textiles, chemistry, materials, production, or laboratory work is an advantage — but not a must. We’re happy to train the right person.
