We’re looking for a Production Worker to join our manufacturing team and support the daily production of high-quality textile materials. In this role, you’ll be part of the production process from material preparation to finishing, quality checks, and packing. You don’t need previous experience — what matters most is reliability, responsibility, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll do
- Support daily textile production processes
- Prepare materials for production
- Operate or assist with machinery and equipment
- Monitor products during the production process
- Perform basic quality checks
- Pack, label, and organize finished products
- Keep the workplace clean, safe, and well organized
- Follow production instructions and safety rules
- Work closely with experienced colleagues during onboarding
